Day 5: Worlds only Corn Palace
You have not lived until you've stopped by Mitchel, South Dakota's World famous corn palace!!! The palace was built to attract tourism in 1892 and is now used as a theatre and gymnasium. There's an annual festival to reveal the years new themed design. This years design was "We Celebrate", the palace was decorated with different images illustrating different holidays like 4th of July, Easter, St. Patrick's day, Christmas and Valentines day.
